This is a one mile stretch of the Upper Rother containing Roach, Dace, Chub, Grayling, Gudgeon, Perch and T rout.

Anglers must only fish from pegged (numbered) swims.  If parking at the Chithurst end cars must be parked in the designated area only and must display your PDAC parking permit. At Iping parking again must again be in the designated area in the field opposite Manor Farm, again you must display your PDAC parking permit.

Access to the fishing at Iping is by following the public footpath through the churchyard, through the field and down to the river.

Access at Chithurst is through the farmyard and then a short walk across the fields to the river.

Angling is limited to downstream of the notice board, 150 metres  from Chithurst Bridge, and upstream from the notice board  200 metres above Iping Weir.
