A small and intimate 4 acre pond in a woodland setting. This pond contains Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Pike. Parking only allowed in the car park adjacent to the roadside and the gateway is to be closed at all times.
Fishing is ONLY from defined swims and the public footpath that runs down the side of the lake must be kept clear at all times.
Only 1kg of dry groundbait and 1pt pellet permitted per session. Peas, beans,nuts and floating baits are banned.

Night fishing is allowed, anglers must book in with the night baliff in advance (6 anglers max).
No more than two rods per angler to be used.
Keepnets ( Fish friendly type) can be used for silver fish only for a maximum of five hours.
