A small and intimate 4 acre pond in a woodland setting. This pond contains Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Pike. Parking only allowed in the car park adjacent to the roadside and the gateway is to be closed at all times.
Fishing is ONLY from defined swims and the public footpath that runs down the side of the lake must be kept clear at all times.
Only 1kg of dry groundbait and 1pt pellet permitted per session.
No nutbaits of any form & all other partical baits to be prepared correctly, a limit of 1kg (dry) per session.
No floating baits.
Boilies 1kg maximum per session.
No tins, cans, or glass jars allowed No litter (Take it Home with you )

No more than two rods per angler to be used.
Keepnets ( Fish friendly type) can be used for silver fish only for a maximum of five hours.
Hooks to be microbarbed or barbless.
